The results of the "VIVESCIA & Vous" engagement survey for the Malteurop scope have been revealed, highlighting strong employee commitment, with a participation rate of 78%. The feedback obtained identified the company's strong points, notably diversity, welcoming new employees and pride in achievements.
However, areas for improvement were highlighted, leading to the creation of working groups to implement actions aimed at supporting employees more effectively.
Special mention to Malteurop Mexico (74%), Malteurop New Zealand (77%), and Malteurop China (79%) for their "Great Place to Work" certification.
