This role will be responsible for ensuring that issues are addressed in a timely and professional fashion while working in a cross functional environment to enable quick and efficient processes of support.The successful candidate will work to streamline processes across product types, identify areas for improvement and collaborate with teams outside of customer service. All while supporting other customer service team members with day to day issues.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: •Receive/enter/monitor customer orders, returns and credits•Follow-up with pricing, credit, quality assurance, transportation, warehousing and supply chain•Monitor various reports to properly maintain orders, returns, complaints, contracts, forecast, etc. •Maintain customer accounts and update requirements as needed •Accounts Receivable: Short pays/Open Invoices - Monitor, investigate and provide solutions to customer/company•Acquire product application knowledge•Provide new product information to encourage salesQUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: •High School Diploma•Experience using ERP system, SAP preferred•Experience using CRM system, Salesforce.com preferred. •Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment•3+ years’ experience in a customer demand driven business•Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment•Highly Organized•Strong Attention to Detail•Must possess effective and efficient communication skills•Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint•A clearly demonstrated and articulated passion for customer service. Preferred in craft beer, craft distilling and/or craft malting business
