Group HR Development Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

Due to a number of global HR projects within Malteurop Groupe, the Group HR Development manager needs day to day assistance on a number of topics (non exhaustive list):

HR

  • Consolidate the HR database at global level on a monthly basis (Excel)
  • Input our international employees within our Talent software (Excel)
  • Talent: Annual Development Review - Consolidate the data and make relevant analysis
  • Manage the training plan of the headquarter employees
  • Create the welcome booklet for the new joiners of the headquarters and work on an induction plan project for all Business Units
  • Recruitment: when needed, write and publish offers, preselect the relevant resumes and assist to the interviews
  • Assist the Group HR Development Manager on Group training and recruitment plans (collect data, challenge if needed and consolidate)
  • Publish worldwide HR announcements on Intranet
  • Any ad hoc HR analysis required

Profile:

  • Bachelor or Master degree (1 or 2) in Human Resources
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Good use of Excel (formulas, pivot table, etc)
