Our France-Germany Business Unit has 7 factories in both countries.
We are currently looking for a Deputy Safety Manager France/Germany m/w/d responsible for following tasks:
Participate in the improvement of working conditions / risk control at the workstation for employees
Define the appropriate PPE for the various positions within the BU
In the context of incidents and accidents in the BU:
Carry out the monthly reporting and evaluation of the safety performance of the BU France/Germany
Implement training and awareness actions for employees
Participate in and monitor safety projects in collaboration with the safety manager France/Germany
Apply and enforce safety, health and working conditions rules and suggest any improvements.
Monitor compliance with safety instructions/rules
Carry out safety audits
Participate in and lead meetings.
Carry out safety meetings
Supervising work with external companies
You have a master degree in industrial safety or similar and at least 3 years significant experience in the function in an industrial and international environment.
You are dynamic, autonomous and have good interpersonal skills. You are rigorous and your ability to summarise and analyse will enable you to succeed in this position.
You must be known for your good interpersonal skills and be able to federate your teams.
Your sense of responsibility, your leadership and your motivation will make you a perfect fit for teamwork.
The mastery of English is essential for this position. Knowledge of German and or french would be a plus.
Regular travel to our various industrial sites (in France and Germany) is expected.
