Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Group Talent Management
  • Some key Group HR projects
  • HR Manager of the Group staff
  • HR data quality

A FTC (HR Generalist) is present up to June 2019 to assist you on day to day missions as you will be busy with projects.

Key missions :

  • Group Talent Management (Executive population worldwide: around 300 persons)
    • Launch campaigns of annual performance review, development review and talent review
    • Consolidate and analyse data
    • Build succession plans of MEG
  • Key HR projects (worldwide)
    • HRIS project (CORE HR, Recruitment, Compensation and Talent):
      • Member of the Vivescia Group Project team
      • Attend all workshops in link to the Core HR
      • Be a project manager at Malteurop level: coordinate and supervise Malteurop functional lead (Recruitment/Compensation/Talent) for their respective area.
      • Workforce planning worldwide
      • Job weighting for all roles
      • Group training and recruitment plans (collect data, challenge if needed and consolidate)
  • HR Manager of the Group staff (around 40 persons)
    • Recruitment: when needed, write and publish offers, preselect the relevant resumes and assist to the interviews
    • Administration: offer, contract edition, etc.
    • HR Business Partner for the managers and employees
    • Manage the training plan of the headquarter
    • Participate to the meetings with the union reps
    • Lead on monthly Health & Safety committee at work (DUER review)
  • HR data quality: consolidate the HR database at global level on a monthly basis (Excel)
  • Publish worldwide HR announcements on Intranet
  • Any ad hoc HR analysis required

Profile:

  • Master degree in Human Resources or similar
  • 6/8 years of experience in Human Resources, out of which some international professional experience (2/3 years)
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in French
  • Excellent communication
  • Good use of Excel (formulas, pivot table, etc)
  • Project Management: experience with HR projects
  • Analytical
  • Perseverance
  • If  you have already worked on a HRIS project, it is a plus
