KEY OBJECTIVE 

Reporting to the Group Commercial Director, you will support the Commercial team and be responsible for:

  • Commercial controlling: providing insight on how business is developing
  • Market intelligence: monitoring and sharing market information related to our core business (barley, malt, beer) to support and enhance Malteurop Commercial Strategy

KEY MISSIONS

 Commercial controlling:

  • Data analysis and monitoring related to barley/malt/beer (Worldwide scope), including competition and related markets (Out of the box monitoring)
  • Marketing studies as required
  • To develop and to fill a database gathering useful information about beer and malt markets
  • Benchmarking of export opportunities from our different Business units
  • Maintain and review our customer portfolio and segmentation

 Market intelligence:

  • Represent the Group Commercial department on internal project (ERP development, finance reporting…)
  • Put in place and maintain the shared databases (customers, contracts) for the Group Commercial department
  • Commercial reporting: Analyse and summarize commercial data to be sent to the management team
  • To develop and to fill a database gathering useful information about beer and malt markets 

ADDITIONAL DUTIES

  • Regulatory watch and update on agricultural raw and processed products around the World
  • Participate when required to other Group projects;

PROFILE

  • Master graduated ideally in Market Intelligence or Finance
  • 1 to 3 years’ experience
  • Some Financial background
