Trevor Perryman

General Manager Australia & New Zealand

Trevor has received both Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Science from the University of Melbourne, as well as completing, in 1996, an Executive Development Program from the Melbourne University Business School.

He started his business career in 1985 with the Department of Agriculture, NSW, when he was employed as Technical Officer (Scientific) to undertake research. Following that he joined one of the Australian Micro Breweries where he furthered his interest in brewing and trained as a Brewer. Since 1991 Trevor has consolidated his career within the Australian malting industry and completed a number of Plant Production Management roles before undertaking Group responsibilities focusing on Plant performance and logistical efficiencies. He was appointed Operations Manager of the Geelong Maltings in 2002 and has recently been promoted to oversee the Malteurop Australian and New Zealand operations as Managing Director.

Trevor’s ongoing motivation is to produce a world class product tailored to suit customer needs. His focus is centered on embracing the strengths of the subsidiaries human and capital resources to achieve elevated outcomes in a process of continued improvement in all aspects of the business.

Trevor is married with three children. He enjoys time with his family, swimming, surfing and exploring the outdoors.
