Sophie Nivière

Sophie holds an engineering degree from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure Agronomique in Montpellier and the Institut Supérieur de l’Agro-Alimentaire.

After initial experience in the vegetable canning sector, Sophie joined Malteurop in 1992 as Management Auditing and Accounting Manager, then became Financial Director in 1995.

Sophie’s mission is to propose and implement the Malteurop Group’s administrative and financial policy.
Her tasks include establishing the strategy for financing the Group’s aggressive growth policy. She also has responsibility for structuring the company financially in such a way as to manage fluctuations in the markets for raw materials and malt.

Sophie’s hobby is photography. She is also a fan of skiing and swimming.
