After graduating in 1982 from AgroParisTech, Daniel Faguer completed an Executive MBA at the French business school HEC.
Daniel spent most of his career in the food ingredients industry. After his National Service in Mexico, he started his career in 1985 as Market Manager at Bel Industries (Dairy Ingredients).
In 1988 he moved to Midial/Kerry Aptunion where he held various sales & marketing positions, ending up Sales & Marketing Director of the main division. Daniel developed this business successfully in over 50 countries. In 1997 he joined Griffith Laboratories, a world leader in savory ingredients based in Chicago, as Managing Director Continental Europe before being promoted President Europe in 2000.
In 2004 Daniel was recruited by Bongrain as Vice President Ingredients, running the dairy / cheese ingredients activities of the Group. Finally in 2011, after an entrepreneurial experience as Partner at Boyden Global Executive Search in Paris, Daniel was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Malteurop Groupe.
Daniel’s main mission is to pursue Malteurop’s successful track record by developing its commercial positions, strengthening its industrial assets and by implementing the necessary partnerships to secure the Group’s profitable growth.
