R&D Focus on Quality
Our main activities are targeted on following topics:
- Testing of new varieties for malting and introduction to agriculture of Ukraine
- Introduction of new malt types to the Ukrainian market.
- Technology optimization to produce high quality homogeneous and cost competitive malt;
- Adaptation of modern analytical procedures for more efficient and correct work of laboratories;
- Regulation of barley microbiotic infestation in raw materials and further during germination in order to guarantee safe and non-gushing product.
MALTEUROP Quality Service has very close cooperation with scientific institutions such as:
- Kharkiv State University (Microbiology and Mycology Department);
- Kharkiv Plant Institute of Yurjeva;
- Ukranian Laboratory for Quality and Safety of Agriculture Products. (Kiev, National Agriculture Academy);
- French Institute of Brewing and Malting (IFBM, Nancy, France).
