Careers with us

A company’s positioning itself as integrator of the value chain implies having a strong culture of teamwork in an international group. The team spirit is part of the foundation of Malteurop’s success, with several essential values: trust, mutual respect, a spirit of initiative, and sharing of experience.

The qualities that harmonize best with the Group’s ambition are an ability to listen, a sense of respect for commitments, reactivity, and operational excellence.

Being the integrator of the barley-malt-beer value chain also takes the form of the variety of skills areas and competencies mastered by the Group’s employees – from upstream to down, from varietal development to final sale, from industrial production to risk management.

To develop these skills and competencies, adopt new technologies, and take up new challenges, Malteurop conducts an ambitious training policy, in particular in the area of change management and business expertise.
